I have been trying for over a week to contact the accounts department, its says press 2 to talk to a consultant and you press 2 and the phone cuts off. So then you try any other department number and you on hold for over an hour with no human, just hold music. I need to change the date of my payment with telkom which is a 1 minute conversation that I need to have but thanks to there usual pathetic service I cant do this which means my line will be cut and even though I tried to do something I cant because this is the worst company in South Africa!
