So after 6 months of complaining they called me just now to tell me they will not refund the R 2000.00 they from me because I had to fill in a "network form".
Uhm, I've been trying to get support for SIX months and only NOW they tell me I should have completed this form.
People, be wise and stay away from Cell C - they my money and will yours if you give them the slightest opportunity.
Cell C - DO NOT CALL ME - I'm just warning the public!!
