Really bad and unacceptable service

I had recieved a call from virgin mobile stating that I qualified for a cell phone contract on a top up contract, with a samsung Galaxy S4 mini.
I received the phone around 10 working days later which was on the 11 of December 2013, I switched the phone on once that day and then off again. I turned it on again on the night of the 12th of Dember 2013, i used the phone for about half an hour, it then switched its self off, and continued to reboot not switching past the Samsung main screen before rebooting again. only once I had removed the battery from the phone for at leaste 15 minutes would it turn on again, and I was able to use it for another half an hour or so before it would start its trouble again. The phone did this repeatedly, I then contacted the virgin call center, they told me they would send the courier to collect the phone and replace it with a brand new one as I had seven days cool off period. they never came. I then contacted the Virgin mobile at the Pavillion Durban, this was on Monday the 16th of December 2013. they told me to come in after 1 to resolve the matter which i did and they were still reluctent to help me. I still have the phone to this day.
