On the 27th of December 2023 I sent urgent court documents from the branch located at tambotie mall Randfontein. The employee Christened working there was very unprofessional, and incompetent in her job, I explained and wrote to her the document must go to the Registrar of the high court.my original documents was inside there. She said the document will be sent immediately. And I paid my R390. After that it was an ongoing battle with Christened she didn't give any feedback. On the 20th I phoned head office and spoke to ansie which said there was no documents delivered.still no feedback I decided to phone the manager jenny at Randfontein. She said they did not have the correct information after I gave it to them. The service from the get go was unsatisfactory and this is no way to handle a consumer
