I've tried for the last 10 days to cancel my WIMAX account, been to the Telkom shop in Mall at Reds and they said I can only cancel the account via 10210. I've tried this number from my cellphone for the last 10 days and spent over 3 hours (will make my bill available to prove this) without being able to speak to a consultant. I normally get cut off while holding for more than 60 minutes at a time. Then I have to start from the beginning. I can't cancel this online, are we in 2014 already? Why can't anyone help me?
I'm tempted to stop paying but this is not the right way, plus I want to get an DSL account at my new home...
