I went to my local Telkom store in order to try and cancel one of my Telkom lines and value added services. I was told I need to phone 10210 and to cancel the line, and that they can not do it in the store.
After numerous attempts at phoning 10210, holding the line for about 30 minutes at a time, and each time when I get to an operator and tell them I want to cancel the line, the call drops and I have to start over.
This has happened 3 times now, how am I supposed to cancel my line if this is how Telkom does business...
