I have been trying to cancel my Telkom Account for over a month now without success. Every time the call centre transfers me to the people who are supposed to stop the account, but NO one answers. I hang on for up to 15 minutes at a time. As a result Telkom is now going to bill me for December as I could not stop my account on time! I don't believe it's even legal to make it so difficult / impossible for a client to stop a service.
