On the 5th of June i sent an email to telkom to cancel my account with them. The consultant told me that they would cancel my account after the outstanding amount was paid and that i sent an email to cancel my account. I paid the outstanding amount a few days later but telkom did not cancel my account or reply. they billed me once again on the 23rd of June, after i cancelled my account! i refuse to pay this bill, because it is telkoms fault that they did not cancel my account and i will not pay for a line that i am not using!
