Cant cancel my Account

Useless! Cant get hold of Telkom to Cancel my account with them, Send emails, No Response, Send online Inquiry forms, No response, Phoned about 15 Times on 10210 no one answers, how can you hold for 30 minutes and no answer? This is not acceptable. I now stopped paying my account so services has been suspended, But I will actually like to just cancel everything. Why is it so hard to do?
