I have a month-to-month ADSL agreement with Telkom, which means I should be able to cancel my account with them relatively easily. According to the Telkom website, the only way to cancel your account is by calling 10210.
However, I have spent more than 4 hours over the last 3 days trying to get through to anyone - they do not answer!!! The branches are also unable to assist.
Telkom is making is impossible to cancel accounts with them!!!
