I have a cellphone contract with mtn, since I applied for the contract there have been problems, they sent me the wrong color of the phone, even the activation of the phone was a problem because the staff at the mtn call center couldnt help it took me 3 days to activate my phone, after i received the phone everything went fine up to now.i did a security wipe on my blackberry z10 which never finished, after 2 hours i took out the battery and when the phone restarted it showed an error code on the screen.i took it to an mtn shop where they told me its a software problem and they cant help me, they referred me to a blackberry kiosk in menlyn where i had to upload new software, i then contacted mtn again just to make sure because menlyn is far, then another representative told me to take my phone to a mall in brooklyn, my phone is supposed to be under warranty.the guy from the call center told me mtn had to ask me to book in the phone, they never did now i have to do all of the work, i am very disappointed as to no one being able to help and i have to be without a phone
