I recently bought a Sony mobile from them, it is currently giving me problems, it doesn't charge. I have reported this matter to both Lerato and Thabo at Maponya Mall yet neither of them has come back to me apparently because I bought the phone cash and apparently they "not sure how to handle this". I have explained that i will be leaving the country soon yet they both seem not to care. Their service is certainly because they keep promising to call but never do. They were happy to accept my money but now they cannot assist in fixing the problem. I ma constantly getting excuses about finding out from the manager the way forward.
