Payments as the scheme is closing down

I am a member of the scheme, which is closing down. I was asked to submit all the required documents, which I did. However, I was told that they were incorrect. I went to an internet cafe to do them again. Now, there has been no response, and no payment has been made. People who heard about this from me and submitted their documents after me have been paid. Additionally, the office phone is no longer working.
