Hi. on easter monday my wife went to collect he new cellphone bb z10 for her upgrade to her contract. she got the phone and was told that in 3 hours time her phone will be active and ready to use. after checking the phone later which was much later than 3 hours, the phone showed that it needs wifi connection. we then called the call centre 082111, they told us that we should reboot the phone and then wait 24 hours, which we did, after 24 hours the phone still had the same problem, we then took the phone in on thursday straight after work. the technician checked and said that this was the first time that he saw something like this on the z10. he then gave it to the store manger HELEN is her name. she told us that she will book the phone in then will replace it with a new one, as this is the policy of vodacom, if a phone has software problems within the 7 days of purchasing, they will replace it with a new one, so she booked it in and said that my wife will get her new phone the next day. the next day she called and said the phone is damaged and there is a problem replacing it withg a new one. the phone was not dameged she looked at it and still looked in the box to see if all items
