I bought a new contract with MTN on 11 June 2013. after two months the contract info was not correctly loaded but this was eventually sorted out albeit I had to make several trips to the mall as no-one ever answers the phone there. I had the phone for 3 days when I cracked the screen at the top where the cover ends. This must have happened while in my handbag as the handset was never dropped. The staff at MTN can bear witness to this as I showed them when I went into the branch in June/July to sort out my contract with Retizia?
Now after using the phone for the last couple of months I have a software problem. The phone is still under warranty and this is being refuted for the cracked screen. How can a software problem have anything to do with this. I am not happy to have it repaired as my previous experience with my Samsung Galaxy I900 software problem resulted in me having no phone for more than 6 weeks as it was repaired twice and then eventually Samsung sent a courier to replace the phone and the replacement also had software problems. I find it highly unfair that I must pay a contract on a product that does not work.
