I went to the store yesterday to request for e -sim, the staff is rude and not willing to assist customers. The store was not full but I waited for an hour to be assisted. Requested for an e sim, after 4 hours my sim was deactivated, I went back for assistance, and was told to call customer care in the store, the issue is still not resolved. I’ve never experienced such bad service. I’m very disappointed with the store and Vodacom
