Vodacom Repairs - Cellphone warranty. Poor Service

I am at a loss for words!

On Thursday 12 December 2013 I took my Blackberry Bold 9790 into the Vodacom shop at Bayside Mall in Bloubergstrand as it was switching on and off by itself and once turned back on, it would give a software error code.

At first we thought it could be the battery and replaced it with no luck.
The consultant then explained to me that the phone had a software problem and had to be sent away to the repairs department to be looked at as it is still under warranty.

This morning a very confused lady phones me from repairs to tell me the battery is faulty and needs replacing at R670 rand for my account. After explaining to her that we tried other batteries and it was not the problem, she calls back 2 hours later to tell me that a is missing from the inside of the phone and this is the reason why the software does not work. The missing is going to be R370 for my account.
Now I may not know a lot about cellphones but I am sure a cant affect the software. They now also tell me as the is missing, the phone is no longer under warranty!

When the phone went in, nothing was missing and it had a software problem!

I am not sure what to do next
