Bad service and report!

I've got a contract (in fact 2) Vodacom and a BB Bold'11.October '12 while still tex, phone just died and restarted from self. On the screen appeard a small white box that said "error code, please update software". I took the phone in, they updated my software, after I received my phone back, the phone keeps on freezing, switch off self, heating up and the battery needs to be charge at least 3 times per day.(this is not normal) I put everythng off on my phone to"save the batter" but not even this helped. On the 25/02/13 my phone were on charge and just went off, red light came on, and lights on buttons, no screen. Took to Vodacom T/vally shop repairs get msg to tell me they send it to engineer got msg to say job on phone is R5098! Phone them, off line, phone next day, told me liquid damage on motherboard. Never had phone near water, guy told me not saying it was in water, could be of the steam of boiling kettle or shower with phone? (who do that) Decline quote, pay R57.00? Took phone to other shop, did't tell them problem, phone me next day R750.00 LCD screen needs to be replaces! "Sir, what about liquid damage on motherboard? "NO TRACE OF WATER OR ANY LIQUID DAMAGE! "Contract only end Nov'13, WHAT NOW!!!
