Hi. I had a BB 9790 upgrade last year July When I start using my Blackberry 9790 phone, the phone get extremely hot, battery life like 2 hours, phone freezing, touchscreen stop to work, then I have to do a battery pull and then the phone is fine, (for now). Done updates, battery tests and long and short they replaced the phone. Now the phone start to do the same. Battery reach almost 50 degree's Celsius (app on phone). Was at customer service center at Menlyn, they want me to check in the phone so they can it. i am working in MP and can't go without a phone, they want to give me a loan phone that just can text and call! If they take my phone they have to give me a some like phone as the BB 9790 that can receive emails ect. That model have a fault on it and I don't want that phone any more. I am not going to send it in and get it back and sent it in again. I don't have the time for that. Update will not fix the problem
