BLACKBERRY PROBLEM SINCE DAY 1

Ever since i took out a R300 contract with 8ta ive had a problem with my Blackberry, first the touch screen didn't work on my Bold 9790 for a week then only decided to work after a week. My "latest" software needed an update so the white screen with "java error" came up a few times, so i couldn't even use it..took it into 8ta and they repaired. This then happened TWICE within a few weeks after that where it needed a software update yet all along my blackberry had the latest version of software (7.1), i managed to take it back again and the third time it happened i done it myself over the blackberry desktop software. I cant afford for my phone to go in for repairs for 3 weeks if that is the problem because i run a business off it and I NEED THE PHONE ALL THE TIME DUE TO THIS, i expect 8ta to give me a replacement phone well it is in for repairs or i'm not going to pay my bill for the time its away because its not going to be in use.. alliteratively i wold like a NEW phone since there has been FAULT since day 1 in the phone. WILL NEVER BE USING 8TA AGAIN and will be spreading he news about poor service.
