Disappointment as a "high valued customer"

I have been experincing financial difficulties due to being very ill resulting in high medical bills which unfortunately took preference and unfortunately resulted in me skipping two cellphone payments, After missing the first payment i said that Vodacom should double debit me at the end of november which they did do earlier than i expected, resulting in my account being two months in arrears (The account is in my mothers name but i pay it) I was rushed to hospital on the 6th december and put straight into ICU and unable to take any calls, i am sure Vodacom was trying to get hold of me regarding the account. I was discharged from hospital on the 30th december and went staright away to vodacom to pay three months worth of my account only to find that my number had been cancelled and that my mom needs to reapply. We have been as per vodacom branded as "high valued customer" but i feel have been treated unfairly. As my number has been cancelled you will only be able to get hold of me on 072 407 4087
