Vodacom
SIM CARD UNBLOCKED WITHOUT CONSENT OR INFOMRATION

During 2012 I was informed by Vodacom that there was high usage on one of my numbers on my account. I established the sim card was and I requested Vodacom to block the sim card and the account. During August 2013 I needed to upgrade my cell phone as it was damaged and the only number available for upgrade was the locked one. I phone Vodacom and requested that the account must be unlocked for upgrade purposes but not the sim card. I upgraded on 23 August 2013 but never used the new sim card as I inserted the sim card of the number I use daily. During November 2013 I was informed by the collections department that there was very high usage again in so far that the account payable for November 2013 was just over R26000 and the account for December 2013 so far was just over R9000. I asked the collections department to investigate but was transferred from one person to the other. Finally 2 days later after being extremely rude did one of the consultants register the request for the investigation. After several follow up calls and queries no one of Vodacom has called me back. I only received smses to inform me I am in arrears. Vodacom accepts no responsibility for any mistakes.
