The month of January our Vodacom account bounced, so February's bill came showing a total of R777.00. That was for the month skipped plus February month. There was enough money in the account but Vodacom tried to take in 3 payments. Not sure if for the 3rd amount they tried to take there wasn't enough or if we had already drawn as it was after the 1st. The next months account came a total of R388.50, which was the normal amount that we pay every month. Every account showed that thereafter. Today my husband gets a call stating that the contract has basically been cancelled and that we have a total of over R7000 to pay or he can reapply for the contract and pay for new sim etc. I am very ticked off about this as we have been with Vodacom for many years. They didn't know his cell number to tell him he is in arrears, oh and adding about R500 banking fees on aswell, but they know his cell number to say that it has been cancelled and he needs to arrange payment. They told him there wasn't enough money in the account the past 3 months to take the whole amount owing yet we know for a fact that there was enough money in there this month 1 July. Not very happy about this at all!!!
