I'm shocked and disappointed in the high cost that I have to pay on my cheque account. I have been a valued customer for years and is going through financial difficulties, resulting in a few of my debit orders RD. Absa need to review their transaction cost. If a D/O RD then it is as result of financial difficulties. Can't believe that I have to pay R 138 on a d/o of R 60 that RD.
I moved over to FNB and is hoping to get better service and value for money. If ABSA is not looking at their cost structure they will lose many more customers just like me.
