Vodacom not sorting out the problem

I phoned vodacom 7th of December 2013 login my issue which is when some numbers phone me it says my number does not exist, I got a reference number but received no response on the problem. When phoning customer care to find out about my contract and if I can with hold payment I was told I must fax papers and will only receive it with in 7 days. I have had to phone clients (regarding business) and apologise for the inconvenience, I have also lost business due to the problem. My account is now sky high with no response as yet
