Since closing my Vodacom account on 31 May 2013, I was billed for close to R1000 for the month of June. My account has never been so high, thus I requested an itemised bill. It is now nearly three months later, and I still haven't received it - I faxed amotivation letter, ID copy, etc. to Vodacom and have made numerous phone calls to basically every possible department at Vodacom. NO consultant was able to help me, and I got an email to state that I am currently put on debt review by Vodacom!!! I cannot pay the account without knowing why I am charged that exceptionally high amount, yet I am still waiting for an itemised bill (which I am due to pay R22, 80 for...) Upon phoning the Customer Care Centre, I was told my bill is now R317, 49. I have paid that amount, yet I still receive emails stating Vodacom is going to take legal action against me. I need to know what is going on, but no one can help me and keep referring me to different departments and I end up holding the line for nothing when I am actually supposed to do my work. My reference number is S3/TVL9Y/YR8A
