I cancelled a data contract with vodacom telephonically (after been to customer care and they said i must phone them) and after getting suspicious about my account being so high I went to customer care to find out what the reason for my account being so high is and turns out Vodacom has been deducting an amount of R149 of my account every month still since i cancelled this particular account in JUNE 2012!!! their reason is the best!!! They told me at customer care that i had to cancel this contract TWICE!! Now i have logged a complaint at customer care at greenacres on 11th Jan 2013 and have not yet heard a word about when i would be credited for this money that was just debited off my account without my authorization. i am sure there must be some way the new credit act must protect you against like this!!!
