On 31 Dec at about 12 in the afternoon I went to the Bayside Cell c store in Centurion mall. As I entered the store asking for help the woman attending to me yelled at the top of her voice to Shane to help me. Very unprofessional! When he came he first fought under his breath with her saying I am not your dog and also acting very unprofessional! I was shocked at his bad attitude and lack of knowledge! I asked him for a sim swop. He was not able to answer any of the questions I had about my contract! He did not ask for my id or any information except my phone number and I had to repeat that 3 times to him! Then he hid behind the computer screen and when he did give me my new sim he simply said wait 2 to 4 hours! as I left the store I realized he did not give me an invoice for my purchase. After waiting 6 hours there was no activation of my new sim! I phoned the help line and they informed me that the sim was registered to another person's number and he gave me the wrong sim and charged me the wrong amount! After going to the Cell c store in Menlyn and Janine being very helpful and friendly she also informed me that the sim I payed for was registered to another woman! That surely is not legal!
