Deactivating services from cellphone contract

Took out a 2 year contract from Vodacom on a "R135 top up" package. Blackberry handset including B.I.S. Received sms in December 2013 stating that "B.I.S"(blackberry internet service) will be deactivated on 31st of December 2013. The service was deactivated as stated on sms. Contract still active and only stops on end of January2014. Spoke to Vodacom nu mares times, stating that it formed part of the contract, but no luck. a Service request was logged on 01 January 2014, but nobody has responded to now. (05 January 2014)
