Still Wating for a respons

For the past year I have had a contract with Altech Autopage, and I admit to having gone over my cap for the first month as I was excited using my device the first time understandable until they blocked my account, I went to them when I eventually got time off work and they stated they blocked due to going over my cap or over use of the account, okay fair but I paid for an entire month where I was not able to use the data. I left it at that.

Then after learning my lesson I stopped abusing the data and everything went well for the next 10-11 months normal amount of R 211-00 went of every month no problem. Now the trick here is I only use my data when I am at home, I work 6 days a week morning or evening shift with full access to wifi, so no NEED to use my 3G data. SO to my surprise November 2013 bill came I left it because I have not had a problem again yet. So when my debit order went of I was charged R 2143-00!!! I complained and it is being investigated and yet no reply. So I download the my Vodacom app kept an eye and December I had 400 mb left to my surprise I get the bill of R388 when it cleary states I still have 400mb LEFT.

I cant afford this or the mistakes. HELP
