No Feedback on brand new cell

To start off with I have 2 contracts now as well as another on my fathers name.
I went into to Vodacom 4u at Mall@Carnival, to open up a 2nd contract with the new Z10. I entered the store at around 1Pm and only walked out 2 hours later. This was the longest I have ever waited to get a phone and seeing I'm a existing client it should have been quick. I got home and experianced a blue thin line on the screen. I took the phone back Monday morning and even waited for the store to open. Taking off work to do this. The store opened at 09:15 and a lady was told we can't help u if our pcs are not running, surely someone should come in earlier to do this. - booked my cell in and they said it would take 3 working days.. And I should call?? Vodacom on 111 for updates. - called them yesterday they refered me back to the store. The store says that they can't help me its in still in progress. I had the phone over night and took it in the very next morning everything 100% surely they could have done a swop out? All in all very bad service.
