After Hours customer service

My family and I had ended a shopping spree at spitz Pavilion Yesterday (24/09/2013), when leaving the store at approximately 6pm (we had been at the mall from 2pm), we had mistakenly left a packet of good and carkeys in the store. the store had by the time closed and all associates gone home, by the time we had went back to get the keys. We then had approached the control room (as centre management had closed for the day), the "head of security" had informed us that they do not keep cell numbers of store managers for any of the stores within the mall so we had to "find our way home" and pick up the keys in the morning. We were disgusted with the blatent attitude and lack of assistance, we had then gone onto the internet (using our cellphone), get the only cell number available for Spitz pavilion (being a manager that had worked there 3 years prior). Even though he does not manage the store now, he said he knew the current manager and was so helpful in providing us with his number. We had called the current manager and he arranged for an associate who lived close by, to open the store to give us keys to our transport home, along with our goods. NO CONTACT AFTER HOURS FOR A MALL??!!
