I visited Ibusrt at Menlyn Park twice and NEVER AGAIN!!! As any customer I went to the store about two weeks ago in order to get more information regarding my Iburst account. The woman that helped me by the name Precilla, (which did not have a name tag and because of her rude attitude I wouldn't be surprised that she even about her name) was extremely rude and her attitude was appalling. She even had the audacity to swear at me. I then left the store furious because all I needed to to is get information regarding my Iburst account. Today, the 19/05/2013 I made the decision to go past the store and hope that there would be someone more helpful there... well, it was the same woman, as I walked into the store she gave me an up and down look and said nothing, I asked her for information again regarding my account and she just wrote a contact number, held it at her side looking at me very unwelcoming and said "phone them" she was extremely rude again and when I told her I would lodge a complaint about her attitude SHE LAUGHED at me. My girlfriend was with me and even she was shocked at the vibe and attitude she give all the customers! IBUSRT SERVICE IS A DISGRACE!!!
