No refunds and unprofessional ism!

On Saturday i bought a Amber teething necklace at Simply Silver Carol Boyes. The store assistant was friendly and helped me swiftly. I must say this item was pricey. As the store assistant rang up my purchase she never informed me of the store policy. A few minutes later i came back to exchange it as i changed my mind about the item. When i came into the store and tried to explain that i just bought the item and would like my money back i could see how the store manager get into fight mode. She rudely told me she will not give my money back cause there was nothing wrong with this item and that they don't give any cash back even though i just bought the item not even an hour ago. I left the store unsatisfied with their unprofessional ism and emailed the store. A lady called Naomi came back to me and said they could only give me a store credit, what does these people not understand plain English. I don"t want a store credit i want my money back and i don't want to spend my money in a store were i get treated badly as it reflects badly on them cause they are supposed to be such a CLASSY store. All i want is for them to give me my money back.
