New customer ready to leave Cell C on day 2

Yesterday (Saturday 11 May) I opened a new contract. First I tried the Menlyn branch - they had no stock for the S4, so they sent me to Centurion Bayside, which is quite a drive, but I went there anyway. They had stock, so I opened a contract and requested that my number be ported. The sales consultant, Hope, said that I could collect my phone the next day when my number stopped working on the old phone. So today, by 2pm, my number was still working. I tried calling the Bayside branch, but they don't answer their phones. I called the other Centurion branch, and they were COMPLETELY unhelpful with getting me in touch with the other store. The consultant took my number and said he would get Hope to call me, but he never did. I got another number for the Bayside Centurion store, and that got me in touch with the Bayside store in CAPE TOWN! They then gave me another number for the Centurion store, and that number DOES NOT EXIST. I have tried just about everything. I am still waiting for a response. I want to drive to go pick up my phone, but I have no idea if I can get it, and no way to find out. I have NO TIME in the week. I need a working phone - it is my BUSINESS PHONE.
