I received a disturbing phone call from one of your call center's a few months ago about an outstanding account with Cell C.
I closed my account with Cell C at the Bayside store over two years ago and I do not know why I am being contacted about this now.
Whilst on my contract with cell c they cut my line off more than 5 times within the course of a few months and every time I phoned or went into the cell c store no one could help me or explain why.
The service was shocking and the call centres unhelpful.
No one could give me a proper reason as to why my account kept getting cut and I had to close my account and I switched to another service provider who helped me the same day and never cut my line.
NO one has explained why I owe any outstanding amount and how much.
I find it very unprofessional that no one has contacted me to resolve the matter instead of just sending me an sms that my "account will be handed over".
I want to make it very clear that I DO NOT have an account with Cell C and I refuse to pay any amounts that are claimed to be from an account that I could not make any use of or have any access to.
I promoted cell c to others this is the payback
