BIS is off and no one knows why

My BIS has been off since December 31 2013. I have made numerous calls to Vodacom but no one seems to be able to help me. Asanda, Lesego and Mandla are all useless. Even worse is the last female agent i spoke to. She put me on hold without permission and after 11 minutes I had to end the call. She did not even bother to call back. This occured at 10:18 on Jan 3. All I want is my BIS on, I mean I have paid for it!!!
