Vodacom drops its call center service STANDARDS

Vodacom has decided to go the route of MTN, TELKOM and even DSTV and this is unacceptable for a company that was appreciated for their service.
I am very off, at the time one has had to hold to get through to the agent.
For years Vodacom has set a standard that in a very short period of time, a call is answered, and I must say for this December, it has been a challenge that I have had to resort to this platform to blow off steam!
To Vodacom, Please get the expectation you have set right back in check. as an always Vodacom customer, I have never had to hold for 2 minutes to get through to an agent, like your competitors do, which is one selling point some of us have admired you for.
Expectation set - should be expectation delivered. ALWAYS!!!
Today I spoke to your team leader (Nomsa Sithole) on the floor, and asked her to address the mater, and all she could say was "we are experiencing high call volumes, sorry for the inconvenience and there isn't much we could do''. Which I kept reiterating that is a nonsensical answer.
