VERY FRUSTRATED CUSTOMER!!!

On the 27 December 2012 I regrettably crossed over from Cell C to Vodacom. I took out the "Smart Advance" as it is a business phone. I had been on leave and my first day out on site (14.01.2013), my phone is softlocked! On Tuesday, 15.01.2013, after numerous calls to the vodacom consultants who were of no assistance whatsover, telling me that I owe R1, 450.00 and I had already paid December's prorata amount of R221.00 on the 2.01.2013, I make my way into to Stanger Vodacom Shop. A very nice Indian gentleman sorted my problem out! I was told I owe R780.24 due only on the 31st. He then unblocked my phone. Low and behold on Wednesday (16.01.2013) my phone is softlocked again. I don't even bother phoning the call centre because they are absolutely useless and don't think further than the screen in front to them! I go into the Vodacare Centre at Midlands Mall. A very helpful Black gentleman helped me and he explained that somehow I had a R50.00 call limit on my phone which he cleared and assured me that all will be fine. I was in the office yesterday and made two calls from my phone. This morning I come to use my phone it is locked again!!! Could this please be sorted out!!!
