Worst customer experience eve

I am currently on hold for 56 mins to the number 082 1950. being transferred from 1 consultant to the next. PATHETIC

i applied for an iphone 5 contract 5 March 2013 and was assured Vodacom had stock. i specifically asked numerous times are you sure you have stock to which the consultant confirmed yes. the confirmation agent who called me on 11 March 2013 confirmed stock availability as well. nevermind the 6 days it took for someone to follow up despite my numerous calls to the contact centre.

10 days later i am still waiting for the phone, naturally i call in today to find out what is the hold up, to which i was informed that Vodacom is out of stock.

i then requested to speak to a manager and was trnsferred from one agent to another. the last of which ended my call.

i am now on hold for 14 mins, patiently waiting for some person to take accountability for the worst service i have ever experienced afer being with vodacom for more than 10 years.
