Dear Vodacom
I Have been having a problem with my phone since 15.10.2013 from 7 in the morning and its now Monday 18.11.2013 14.00 and the problem is still not attended to.
I work for myself and need my phone to work in order to make money so that i can pay my bills including my vodacom bill.
This is what i have been true the last couple of days
Friday
I phoned the call centre at 08:18 spoke to them for 16 min
09:55 spoke for 12 min
16:00 spoke for 10 min
16:46 spoke for 7 min
16:54 spoke for 15 min
18:17 spoke for 16 min
19:46 spoke for 22 min
19:26 spoke for 14 min
19:40 spoke for 20 min
Saturday
08:45 spoke for 6 min
12:38 spoke for 32 min
13:17 spoke for 22 min
13:46 spoke for 37 min
Sunday
14:28 spoke for 12 min
Monday
09:45 spoke for 14 min
11:38 spoke for 14 min
This is only the calls i made from my phone and not evin the 5 out of the 15 calls they promised to return
I'm Now at a stage where i phone the call centre and the recorded voice tell me i have reached my monthly limit and can call them again next month.
In the above calls i had consultants promise to call me back witch didn't happen.
Been place on hold for 20 min
Calls hung up on me
And consultants tell
