Today Sifiso Bophela managed to rescue my situation after dealing with four vodacom incompetent aftercare personnel. Ladies with attitude is Lesego and Portia its a pity I did not take their surnames.

Sifiso managed to help me swap the Samsung Tablet device that was problematic after Lesego and Portia denied me the service. Vodacom word of advice: employees such as Sifiso should be recognized amongst the best Vodacom Call Centre. Sifiso listens and does go 101% extra mile in terms of giving service in terms of customer care. I have over five contract with Vodacom, unfortunately the organisation has hired sabotage in house employees such as Lesego and Portia who are good are -off the clients and pushing them to cancel the Vodacom contract sales. Ladies like Portia and Lesego must be demoted because they want the client to dance to their tune they are not customer care orientated. I feel those are your salary collector not knowing their job description. Senior manager try listening to the calls made by me using 082 746 1331 number on the 16-01-2014.

Sifiso Bophela, keep it up bra and continue to make Vodacom shine forever... I am super Happy with service bra...
