Pathetic Service to Long standing clients

On the 7th July 2013, I went to Mtn in Nonesi Mall, Queenstown to enquire if my data package was due for an upgrade. The young lady at Mtn was VERY helpful and confirmed that I was in fact due for an upgrade. She then showed me the promotion catalogue which showed a 500mb data bundle with laptop for R199. I then requested that package. She advised me that it would take roughly a week for the laptop to arrive. I then took out another data (2gb) package with Mtn.By the next day (Monday) the young lady phoned me and advised me that my new (2gb) data package was approved and that I could come and collect the sim card. Then I had to wait until the 19th July 2013 for my upgrade bundle to arrive. When the young lady called to tell me that my bundle had arrived. when I was at Mtn, the young lady then advised me that I cannot get that bundle at the advertised price of R199, due to the fact that Mtn has changed the price to R239. I was not happy, because if I understand the Cpa correctly, the advertised price was R199 and now I was being told that Mtn changed it due to the fact that they are giving me the laptop with windows 8.
