DISAPPOINTED!!!

Got a call on Tue 6/8/13 that my line had been successfully converted to a data line for my laptop upgrade. Last week Thursday i'd been assured that a compaq laptop had been set aside for me. Got to the store Tuesday evening and waited in the queue & when i finally got attended it was 7.15 and was told the upgrade couldn't be done after 7pm, after close to an hr of waiting. Went home disappointed but before leaving was assured my laptop is still there and that tomorrow (wednesday) the lady agent that helped me would have my stuff ready when i come to the store after work. she even promised to give me a call, which i never received until i phoned at 16.45. Only after i called i was told the laptop was not in stock and should expect a waiting period of at least 1 week. Had i not phoned in i would have made another useless trip to their store. 2 years ago when i first applied for my contracts i also took to hellopeter after very late delivery of my phones. Is this. Is this an MTN Bayside problem or MTN at large! This is unacceptable!!! However, i must say my cellphone upgrade went well.
