On Monday the 25 Feb, I went to upgrade my contract, I decided to change from a voice to a data line. I chose a data deal where I would get a Samsung series 9 laptop. I was told that the order would be put through and as soon as the order is placed I would be able to see whether there was stock or not. On Tuesday I phoned and I was told that the order was placed and it was in stock and it would arrive this week. On Thursday I phoned and I was told that they received a batch of phones but my laptop was not there and that the reason was that it was out of stock. I asked when I would receive the laptop and was told that he didn't know and would follow up and let me know that day. That evening I receive a SMS informing me that I have successfully upgraded to my new data contract! Which I could not understand because I still hadnt recieved the laptop (it like activating a sim card without getting the phone! Makes no sense, how can I use my data without a computer). So on Friday I try phone all day to find out when I would get my laptop, and the entire day the phone was dead. I am paying for a contract I cannot use and am waiting for a laptop that may not arrive
