Ad/wrong info given when migration took place

Migrated frm 1gb to 3gb contract 28/2/13, asked her at least 3x if the data upgrade is immediate, which she confirmed on all 3 accounts. i specifically asked her if i can start using the 3 gig package as of from the 1st of march, she replied YES! I also ordered a laptop.i got stuck with R3700 acoount because it turns out that data migrations takes a month to be activated! i phoned annabelle to complain, the 1st excuse was that she couldn't activate the data service until she had the laptop serial no. i told her that i told her in the shop this is a 2nd laptop & data card, & that i am using my husbands laptop and i need the data activated she told me that is active from 01/3/13, but i must remember that once i recieve my laptop we can't be on the internet simultaniously, which i confirmed. when i complained to her about the account her response was that I must've mis-understood her, and she can't do anything about my complaint, i must pay the account! who in their right minds will use the internet @ R2-50 p/mb, if i had known this i would've bought a 3gig top up pack @ just over R400.
