I hope you are able to help me. I have had no Internet since 17 December 2013. I have contacted Mweb, my service provider everyday since then and all I get told is that they will exculate the problem. When a telkom technician comes out, he tells me there is a fault on the line, he is going to check it out and he will be back, never to be seen again. I am tired of getting no feedback back from mweb, and all the empty promises that are being made. Hope you are able to help. Many thanks Debbie
