I here by want to complain about the pathetic service of VODACOM Direct. We received the laptop HP CQ58 Notebook, with a Vodafone k3772 modem in Feb 2013. Since we received the goods we've been batteling to go into the internet. We took the modem back to the nearest Vodacom supplier, complaining about the problem. They booked it in on the 14-03-2013 for repairs, after about a week we got the modem back, it still had the same problem. I took it back during July 2013 to the same Vodacom outlet, they booked it in for repairs again. They even phoned the guy at the repairs, trying to explain what the problem is. We waited for a while. I took the Laptop to the same Vodacom outlet, around about the end of Aug. They tested the laptop and send it away for repairs, because the laptop and modem does not pair. We waited for 2 weeks still not hearing anything from nobody. I phoned the Vodacom outlet on Thursday and i went to them, they told me the modem is not compateble with the laptop. They said it needs to go for an upgrade on the laptop and modem. It's been 7 months that we have been batteling with this thing, although we have been paying every month. Still the problem is not sorted.
