Good morning. I applied for an ADSL line and I got a SMS saying that it would be installed on the 30th December and I must make sure someone was there ALL DAY. I especially arranged fpor someone to be there. Nobody pitched up. At 4pm we phoned and they conformed that they would still come, but they never arrived. On the 31st we phoned again and they said that they were coming - so we once again arranged for someone to be there the whole day. They did not pitch up, did not phone etc. When we phoned them during the day, they still confirmed that they were on their way.

Today when I called, the call centre agent tells me that according to her system - they came on the 31st - but there was no answer - which is absolute nonsense. She said that the installation is now booked for the 7th Jan! Must I now pay once again for someone to sit there in the forlorn hope that they will pitch up?
