Vodacom business does not care

On the 21 Nov 2013 I went to vodaworld to find a consultant to assist to sign up office 365 E1 package. I found the person Sandise Mditshwa at the vodashop business booth. He gave me he contact details and we organized a meeting 26 November to discuss the options. on the 6 December we sent all the relevant documentation to apply for an account.. Numerous phone calls and emails to Sandise did not get us anywhere. He keeps on promising us to get back to us. On the 13th I finally had time to go to vodaworld to speak to Sandise because he refuses to answer my calls. he only got to work at 10am just of find out that he did not process our application. I got hold of a supervisor which did not care any less to assist. One of the consultant tried to assist but could not because Sandise kept all the paperwork i was assured after 3 hours that my account is approved and Sandise just had to activate the product.. 30 Dec after phoning 0821390 and after 20 mins finding out our account still not activated I had to go back to Vodaworld. HA HA nobody at the business booth told "they are closed". Supervisor Kuben tried to assist no luck Sandise has the paperwork and is on holiday.
